Interlinked Dwellings is an architectural proposal for a 400-unit housing, situated along the line between the old and new Rosario city grid. The project acts as an architectural icon and a gateway into the new city profile evidenced by the two totems twisting vertically to allow for uninterrupted views. It also reserves urban civic space on the ground level, connecting the adjacent streets towards the waterfront for more public access. The changing morphology of the towers also reacts to the different orientations of the site, giving new spatial conditions for both residents and the community.
